By using this website and purchasing from Ergon Golf Carts, you agree to these terms. ERGON GOLF CARTS is registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) under registration number 2024/475157/07, with its registered address at 2 Alheit Street, SE2, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng, 1911, South Africa.

Orders

All orders are subject to stock and delivery confirmation. Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payment is due before delivery unless a written payment plan has been approved. We accept EFT, card payments and approved financing.

Warranty

Every new cart carries a 2-year limited warranty covering the motor, controller and chassis. Lithium and lead-acid batteries are covered under the manufacturer’s battery warranty. If a listing states a different warranty, the listing applies. A warranty claim is not a return: returns are for a cart you want to send back within 30 days of delivery, and are covered by our Return Policy. To start a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our technicians triage within 2 business days and may request photos, a diagnostic reading, or inspection by a qualified workshop.

Liability

Ergon Golf Carts is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
