Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ergon Golf Carts delivers new, used and refurbished golf carts to addresses across South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated per product and displayed on each product page before checkout.

Delivery areas

We ship to all nine provinces: Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, Free State, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, North West and Northern Cape. Remote or farm addresses may incur an additional surcharge.

Delivery time

In-stock carts are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. Custom or out-of-stock orders may take 4-6 weeks. You will receive a tracking update once your cart is dispatched.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your cart on arrival. Do not refuse the shipment. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before the driver leaves, photograph the crate and the damage, and email us within 48 hours. Damaged deliveries, wrong items and the 30-day return window are covered in our Return Policy.
