Yes. Every cart listed as new is a current-model unit imported directly from the manufacturer. Before it leaves our Vanderbijlpark facility it goes through a full pre-delivery inspection, battery commissioning and a complete charge, and it ships with its charger, keys, manuals and warranty documentation.

Every new cart carries a 2-year limited warranty covering the motor, controller and chassis. Lithium and lead-acid batteries are covered under the manufacturer's battery warranty terms. Warranty, support and return requests get a reply within 1 business day by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Carts are strapped to a heavy-duty pallet, wrapped and shipped fully insured from our facility in Vanderbijlpark to all nine provinces. Freight is priced per cart and shown on every product page, from R3 500. In-stock carts are typically delivered within 5-10 business days and you receive tracking updates by email and WhatsApp. Remote or farm addresses may carry a surcharge.

Every product page lists seats, power type, range, ground clearance and warranty. If you are unsure, send us your terrain, seating needs and gate or driveway measurements via WhatsApp or the contact form, and a golf cart specialist will confirm the right model before you order, free of charge.

No. Checkout collects your contact and delivery details only; there is no online card payment. Once you submit your order, a specialist contacts you within 1 business day to confirm stock, freight and site access, and to arrange payment by EFT, card or approved business financing.

You have 30 days from the delivery date recorded by the freight carrier to request a return, whether the cart is new, used or refurbished. If it arrives damaged, defective or not as listed, we pay return freight and refund you in full, including freight, within 10 days of inspection. Change-of-mind returns are allowed in the same window; you pay return freight and a 12% restocking fee applies. Every question is answered on our Return Policy.

No. Our Vanderbijlpark site is a preparation and fulfilment facility, not a retail showroom. We do not sell in person or offer local collection; every order ships by insured freight to your address. Our specialists are available Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (South African Time) by phone, WhatsApp and email.

Some models are classified as low-speed vehicles (LSV) and can be registered for estate and private road use. Please confirm the requirements with your local traffic authority or estate management, and contact us to confirm the correct model and documentation for your needs.
